Are you talking about the ones in the cage? Those are northwest of Ardy.

Northwest of Ardougne is King Lathas' Training Camp - Lots of ogres that you can only use range on. You need to finish BioHazard.

 

 

 

EDIT: You can also use mage or hallys (and I guess spears as well), but using hallys might get people mad at you. :P
