Hey all, I've got a pretty similar problem to Pyro...

 

 

 

I've got my Elite for Christmas and just tried hooking it up to Live, but it's failing the connection on something different each time. First of all, it failed the IMCU, then it confirmed on the second go, but failed on the Xbox Live part.

 

 

 

I've checked my microfilters, connection through the computer, etc.

 

 

 

Any ideas? One problem that I think it may be, is the fact that I have TalkTalk. I've had it for about two months, and it's not the best of ISPs; I must say.

It may not be a problem on your end. Since there is a mass of people that got the 360 for Christmas and they all are trying to make live accounts, the server may be getting overloaded. This happened when Halo3 was released also.

 

 

 

My suggestion is to wait a day and try again.
