December 27, 200718 yr I really enjoy mining and smithing. I am 66 mining and 69 smithing. I want 70+ mining and 73+ smithing for addy bolts :) Anyway, most people wouldnt see the problem with this because it's a skill i like doing, but I can't get motivated to do it. I start mining and stop after a few loads. I am currently in the guild getiing all 5 mith, then the rest coal for a decent ratio 4:1. Is there a way to rasie both that I won't lose interest in?
December 27, 200718 yr It would be fastest to mine iron, pretty much where you can get a hold of 3 or so rocks. Either run the full load to the bank, or drop it( I run it to the bank). For smithing, get goldsmithing gauntlets by doing the family crest quest....then smelt gold. It shouldn't take you too long to reach your goals :-w
December 27, 200718 yr I always liked mining mith and superheating to bars, running(using the shortcut helps a lot) to the anvils and making mith legs(I couldn't make plates the last time that I did this, so I'm not sure which is more profitable), and high alching them while you walk back. It's not fast experience...but it may be faster experience in the long run because you're training 3 skills at once...
