ok i am just about to start the quest, but i dont know what to bring on the first chapter, can you help me?

If you mean the part where you just go to the island on the glider,

 

 

 

Firstly there will be lots of high level monsters attacking you with range and melee in multi combat zones. So good armor is strongly advised, prayer boost is also a big plus here, initiate or proselyte armors are the best choice due to there relatively low cost when lost and good combination of both prayer and defense. For a weapon, a Dragon Mace or a Wolfbane Dagger is an excelelnt choice (primarily the dagger, because it is lightweight and gives the same prayer bonus as a Dragon Mace). Also try to reduce your weight because you'll need to run a lot, Boots of Lightness, Spotted Capes, Penance Gloves and such can be a great help here.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your inventory should contain the following things at all times:

  [*:23o2x9hy]Anti-Poisons (Most of the creatures on Ape Atoll are poisonous!)

I also suggest bringing a friend that's completed the quest as a "supply mule". Have them carry extra food, extra anti-poisons and maybe some prayer pots as well.
