I'd say get the quest reward on..Neizonet or something :P. I've seen it in game and definetly is better than a dragon medium helmet. Perhaps invest in a black mask and train slayer.

wat is it/wat it do?

blk mask are like 300k and they add 15% to att and str on your slayter assignment and come with 10 charges that fire random and lower opponents def . you dont really need charges ad it makes t cost more but neziot helm is best its free same def as med helm and gives str and prayer bounes
