Ye, whenever your in that situation with any quest item you just repeat whatever steps are needed for it, in this case the object (forgot what it is) to get into the dungeon to get glarials amulet, then you just take it from the chest like you did in the quest.

Yep ...use the pebble on the tomb and go get it (I know for sure it works because I lost mine too :oops: )
