I have never done the duel arena in my entire RS life. I never went into the wilderness since RSC. I'm a chicken basically. So..I want to get over this aspect of my rs life and go ahead and do it. However, I have no idea really how or what you do. Since I don't really have any rs friends I would be soloing it, which I know is a bad thing (cept in Duel Arena). So..tell me, are my stats any good to do these things? I don't really have fantastic armour to use so it would be rune armour I'd be using. Anyways, any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
