If you have a router or modem reset it. If not try restarting your computer or my computer has a option to repair the internet connection. If your does try that, right click on it and select repair.

try using IE or click the white text above the loggin screen.

I seriously doubt it's somthing that you can change, it must be with jagex.

Otherwise: Clean your browser history (delete cookies, temporary files etc)

 

Also something usefull might be to flush the dns: start, command, and write - ipconfig /flushdns

 

 

 

If it doesn't work, try another webbrowser like Firefox or Opera.

 

 

 

If it still don't work, wait some time and check again. Otherwise i don't know.

No it isn't working yet. Thanks for the tips anyway but they didn't work.
