You might want to train on lanthas training ground. (not sure if that its name, I mean the ogres north of ardougne) then try High Alch.

I would say metal dragons, but you're combat stats are a bit low. Try Blue Dragons in Taverly Dungeon or the Ogre Enclave if you're done the quest. Pick up hides and bones and other drops. You get at least 2k per dragon.
