You do, but there is some kind of bug with the Who's Online thing on all phpBB2 forums. It shows that the guests are doing it, but they are not. Those guests are usually bots or spiders, and they don't see anything but the Log In page. This happens on all phpBB2 forums, and there is nothing to worry about.
