I have tried to decide which is best, Verac or Torag + Whip and rune deffender

 

 

 

My thought is that verac is better against melee protect or/and high deff armour like Torag

 

 

 

Torag + Whip and rune deffender is better against lower deffence armour like rune and dragon

 

 

 

anyone having some other ideas? would be intresting to hear :D

Verac is the best armor for pvp

I believe that the v skirt has the same def bonus as the torag legs anyway. In my few duel tourny experiences i found Veracs to be a fairly awesome weapond choice against higher levels.

Verac = good pray bonus and almost same as torag def

 

Torag = only def

 

 

 

I find veracs more useful than torags, you could also use verac + whip and defender and switch to flail when you get versus a high defense level person

yea, I have tried verac + whip and rune deff in duel tornament, but it just feels like I get alot more hitted then if I use torag, well, maybe thats only bad luck :roll:

yeah you can't always factor in "bs" hits. I always hear/read that torags is highly similar def bonus as other barrows and only that the plate is actually better in def bonuses

whip>veracs imo.

 

 

 

I have 93 93 88 stats, and when I barrow, I always use the whip methode.

 

 

 

I rip through verac every time, while torag takes 2 times as long.

 

Veracs hardly hits me anyways

I have only used whip on all brothers once in Barrows, and that trip wasn't good, almost wasted all my food, but again, it maybe just was bad luck
