Where is the emote we where promised? Or where they referring to the emote we got last year (or year before that, don't really remember :P)

From what I've been told (and gone by for a while) Mage is based 30% on your defense, 70% on your mage level. Thats the base at least. Then armor is factored in if Im right. (Just like from melee attacks, 100% based defense, then armor defense) Might not be a 100% right answer, but from what I know it sounds right, and I've at least gone by that. Range is based on defense only as far as I know, range level doesn't deal with defense on range attack. Actually, your mage defense is 50% of your magic lvl + 50% of your defense lvl

I was thinking just now about ways to reduce the glut of potions floating around. Making these f2p-consumable could be a quick fix, if they are willing to buy. I have always looked at f2p as mainly the suppliers of raw materials, not consumers of finished products. Perhaps my view is outdated. Here's an idea I will throw out: double or triple the amount of XP given for making a potion. This will have a positive long-term effect - people would only need to make 1/2 or 1/3 as many potions to get their skillcapes. Eventually, demand would catch up with supply and the glut would be whittled down. At that point, normal market forces might keep potion prices in line. Could that work? No, I think that would just make things worse, since a lot more people would be training. I think the solution, not just to herblore but to many skills, is to make something profitable (like a super attack+ potion that last twice as long) that gives a very little amount of XP. This way people won't train by making this product, they will only make it for the profit.

I'm verry well aware of this, I just think it's wrong to risk being banned while doing something that's not illegall. They could atleast change the rules to make it illegall to use other methods than GE and the ordinary trade system to trade between accounts.

Is there realy much of RWT in BH? I belive that the most "trades" in there are monster drops sharing and gifts (for example, people who are quiting and want to give their money to freinds). Most people dosne't seem to understand that this IS NOT RWT, nor is it against the rules.

First time i tried fight caves, i used hally. it's working, thought i would advice to range when comming to jad. But now when I have ranged there a couple of times, I would never go back to hally.

If you have a laptop or 2 screens you could kill bandits with iron/bronze knives while watching tv, playing another game or somethingelse. ~40k xp/h but when you aren't active in game, it adds upp realy fast.

what setup are you using then? Cause I get 8-10 kills/trip (almost never get under 8 kills) with war tortoise, using karil's top and skirt and monks. Indeed I have slayer hem (only solo at slayer tasks) but on the other hand I'm not using any stat boosting prayers (exept piety when doing dds specs).

Try 10 fish, 5 flax. 10 on flax 5 on fish is good profit if you spin the flax intro bowstring (168 gp min each) and sell the fish raw. why not 10 on fish 5 on flax, sell fish - buy flax - spin - get even more money

I have no idea if its faster/cheaper than alch, but It's a hell lot more fun than alching ;) I have a freind who got 94-99 mage by doing this, I'm not sure, but I think he killed about 6k drags. And don't forget, you get hp xp too by doing this :thumbsup:
