It is a very beginner signature. Just like a red-black cloud. Then maybe some filters. Text is pretty bad.

 

 

 

I suggest you practice a lot. Read some tutorials, learn new techniques.

 

There are plenty on http://www.deviantart.com/. Just search "Signature Tutorials" or "Tag tutorials"
