I am pure f2p Using the assist system will only get you so far. You can only gain a max of 30k exp in a given stat per day. Meaning 30k a day is not a very good way to train any skill. The trading of Money for Ess is essentially dead as well since you can only make a trades every 15 minutes (correct me if I am wrong).
