January 9, 200818 yr Yes, I do believe this method of rcing still runs in f2p, although I have never tried it myself :) Returned to Runescape June 2011 after a 3 year break :)

You can only gain a max of 30k exp in a given stat per day. Meaning 30k a day is not a very good way to train any skill. The trading of Money for Ess is essentially dead as well since you can only make a trades every 15 minutes (correct me if I am wrong). With that said I would have to say that any type of rune running is now dead. Apparently, my signature was to big.
