Help :: Signing into msn

Hey, when my sister tries to sign into her msn account using her own windows XP account this messege appears

but on my own Windows XP Account it logs in fine :?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anyone one have any ideas what i can do to solve this cause at the moment she has to log into my account and well.. you know :wink: :P

check the firewall settings on her account

Her account might be limited too (but first check the firewall)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Can she get on the internet in general on her account?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Can she log on to her MSN on your account?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I am going with mirc on this one and saying firewall :wink:

Yah i think its something to do with the firewall, cause i tell her to deny everything that ZoneAlarm comes up with just to be safe cause she wouldn't know windows messenger too Trojan Keylogger :roll:

Is she able to get onto the internet?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All you need to do is Open Zone Alarm :: Click the left hand side button 'Program Control'.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At the top theres 2 tabs 'Main and Program', Click Program. Then make sure Access is allowed
