The Underground Pass after quest is done

Ok, so i got a lvl 3 clue with coordinates that direct me to the far west of the RS map. I havent done regicide or mourning's, but i have completed underground pass. I did some research and realized that the only way for me to go back is the underground pass again. So im try to go through it. I am now at the maze where the witch, the three demons, the souless, and the temple are. To be more specific i am at the temple trying to access it. I am only wielding zamorak robes just like instructed in the quest guide, but when i try to enter it tells me the temple is in ruins and i cannot enter.

 

 

 

Anyone know whats happening? Maybe i gotta go some other way, but in the tip.it regicide guide it says that i have to go through there for that quest so i figure mayb i am missing something i didnt realize.

You need to have at least started regicide to enter the elven lands. However, most likely you will need to finish regicide as well to be able to accesst the clue location.

 

(throughout th eelven lands are special obstacles known as dense forest. you learn how to get passed these during the quest)

I have started regicide...everyone gets the king's message after finishing underground, you read it and thats how you start regicide. The first thing you need to do in regicide is get to the other side, so i must be able to get there somehow. As far as getting to the place i need to get: Tip.it doesnt give you spesific locations for coordinate clues, but in runehq it said the fallowin:

 

 

 

"On the road to the elven forest where you kill the mourner in the Mourning's Ends Part I Quest. 3 red spider eggs spawn here. Dig 1 step north of the southern-most red spider egg."

 

 

 

Maybe someone knows if i need regicide for sure or if i can just do it with underground pass, and if i can, then how to get through the pass.

After you get the message you need to talk to King Luthas too.

You'll need to talk to King Lathas to open up the Well of Voyage, but by the sounds of that clue you'll need to complete Regicide, as that location is on the overland pass that only opens on Regicide's completion.

yep i am almost sure you will need to get pretty far in the quest ( so far that you will have had the longest part already.) (oh and btw when in the elf lands always take a tinderbox and a axe.)
