Ok... my problem is simple. I'm doing Slug Menace and I'm stuck.

 

 

 

I'm at the part where I stick together Page 3, and I used the Swamp Tar on it, Savant stopped me and told me to use Sea Slug Glue.

 

 

 

I'm standing at Baily (the guy on the Fishing Platform) and I got Sea Slug glue. I'm at the screen where you have to put the pieces together so you can glue it. The problem is, I got it right, but nothing happens.

What am I supposed to click? What am I supposed to do? All help is appreciated.

you have to move the pieces so they actually go together not with a space in between...the pic is only that because one you actually complete it the window closes.

Yep ...that's it exactly ...I just did this quest yesterday ...you have to make the pieces actually touch each other

Click a piece and move it with the controls, you have to stick them (practically, make the page) just move the pieces and stick them to the others

I didn't have it quite together, once they are close enough the screen closes automatically.
