im currently lvl 21 mining i just started using mith and I want to know what I could do to make money should i bother with silver? Mak profit with coal or go with essence?

Don't even bother with silver, it almost never makes any money or give decent xp. With 21 mining you can't even mine coal yet so that is out of the question (it is usually too slow anyway unless you are in the mining guild with a rune pick) So that would leave rune ess. (you could also start mining iron when you get 41 mining and a rune pick)

Pure essence is the best tihng for mining money making at lowish levels atm

pure/rune ess will be the best money you make until 85 mining

is essence better xp then iron cuz thats what im doing right now I thnk someone said there 80gp ea thats not bad. Keep in mind I used to collect cowhides to make money and I was happy so..

i would mine essence up to 41 mining, and then start mining iron and sell for 100 gp ea, its easier at 41 because u can one hit the iron rocks.

how much are essence worth ea?

rune ess - 30 gp

 

iron ore - 84 gp

 

pure ess - 120 gp

 

iron bar - 197 gp

 

 

 

 

 

These are the current prices on the GE as of right now. Since you can't mine pure ess until lvl 30 mining, I would stick with iron until then. If you want to lvl smithing as well, make bars and sell them, but remember if you don't have rings of forging you will probably lose half of them. At lvl 30, consider switching to pure ess because it mines much faster and is closer to a bank.
