Is it possible to built more than one item of the same type in a single room? Example would be having a Landscape of Lumbridge and a Landscape of Morytania within a single Quest Hall?

Nope. Once the item is built you can only examine/remove it, the building hotspot disappears.

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
