Why not just film what you want and then when you stop just upload it or edit it.

its most likely your computer isnt set right and you lag.. i had same issue.. here is how i fixed:

 

 

 

Right click desktop>properties>settings tab>advance button>troubleshoot tab set hardware acc. to none.

 

 

 

it should fix issue
