I'm 40 agility where could i train it from now on?

You could train at Brimhaven until 50 or 60, then maybe the Barbarian Agility course.

I went from 40ish to 60 at the Agility Pyramid out by Sophanem. Your biggest issues are food and water, which can be helped by already having access to the town. Plus you get 1k gold reward for every trip to the top if you remember to grab the gold pyramid tip. If Sophanem is still barred to you, Pollniveach is only a carpet ride away for food and water refills.

 

 

 

If you've done Contact! and Dealing with Scabaras quests, you've now got the lovely water tiara to cover that problem for good. Otherwise Lunar Magics has the Humidify spell you could use.

 

 

 

I wouldn't even try Ape Atoll till 65, and then with 20 Super Energy pots, a knife for cutting pineapples, and a few chocolate cakes.

Yep brinhaven is good for you, you now can pass all obstacles in that arena, but whatever i trained 2 characters at brinhaven from 1 agility level, my main (this one) i trained up to 75 in brinhaven...

 

 

 

BTW: In brinhaven agility arena for more exp is good to have karamja glovies from some diary with they you get more agility XP in brinhaven arena.

Man is slow, i tested almost all arenas except wildy before i started to go to 99...
