i've got a lvl 3 clue for these cordinates 28 degrees 56 minutes north, 22 degrees 28 minutes east. on tip.it it says it's in the teleport house in the wildy ( the house next to the mage arena with 2 cobwebs). i've been digging around there for a few days and i can't find it (yes i'm using sextant and watch). so if anyone could give me a picture or drawing of the the house from birds eye view with something marking the exact spot that would be really nice.

I don' t have a picture, but be sure that you have sextant, chart, watch AND clue in your inventory when you dig for the casket.
