At the moment it says: Restores all stats to maximum level (except HP) as well as some prayer. It now says: 2x restore rate for all stats except hitpoints and prayer. It should say: 2x restore rate for all stats except hitpoints, summoning, and prayer. 91% percent of the people polled said they were liers. The other 9% lied to us.
