Ring of Wealth has been Charmed!

First, to Qeltar:

I don't believe a sample size of at least 800-900 rock lobsters with wealth is small. Nor is 3,000 to 4,000 rock lobsters without wealth. Also, neither is 200+ GW Bosses without wealth, and another 100+ with wealth.

If you were referring to the other references I made, I don't consider a sample of 3,000+ Aberrant Spectres small either. I don't have precise numbers, and haven't bothered to kill more recently, all I do know is that from personal experience, Ring of Wealth yielded a lot more herbs than Berserker Ring. I know friends who killed 5,000+ Chaos Druids, who came to the same conclusions there.

Second, to those who say "Always wear a Wealth":

That's absolutely false. Jagex once explained that basic drops are determined by a common and rare wheel. One of the options on the common wheel sends you to the rare wheel for a drop. The size of that segment varies, but ring of wealth increases its size by 10%. That means that your chance of getting a common drop is reduced, and if, say, an Abyssal Whip is actually on the common wheel, then a wealth is hurting your odds for one of the most sought after drops... while preventing you from using a ring with stat bonuses.

I don't know what effect wealth has in other places, but I do know in the two places I tested, it changes the rates on each color. I'll ask you not post something like "Oh at my secret training spot, I get twice as many charms with wealth!" This is pointless, because a) we have no way of testing and confirming it, and B) you supply no numbers, and c) it just encourages people to post asking "oh where's this secret spot!?" Sorry, but that's a lot I'd rather not deal with.
