You make 180k ish an hour with natures.

 

However, the profits are quite different. (I'll use market price from the GE)

 

Pure ess goes for 135gp ea, and nats sell for 299 ea, making a total profit of 164gp per nat crafted. Yews give a total profit of 349gp per log, more than double of what a nat gives. I'm fairly sure that he can cut 500 logs an hour at level 83, but I'm not sure if he'll craft 1k nats an hour without a large pouch.
