Interesting article. The figures, if accurate, really put things into perspective for me. I knew that there was a decent amount of gold being traded.. but I wasn't aware that is was $2.6M worth (2007 alone). :shock:

There's no actual figures at all, just a person saying 'It amounts to ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã1.3M... honest'. I'll need a bit more convincing than that...

 

Erm The fact that the person who says these numbers happens to be the main management and leadership role in Jagex, that he used to be chief executive officer for Paypal Europe with a solid reputation and that the interview was made by BBC, is not *convincing* enough? Okayyy..
