February 11, 200818 yr 8-) F2P lvl 70+ P2P lvl 65+ : There really isn't a huge difference between level 65 and 70 as far as speed goes. If he's using a Rune Axe, regardless if he's a member or not it'll be the same speed. The only factor to pay attention to is crowds. But yeah, 70 or so would be fine... just a bit slow. February 11, 200818 yr 70+ (idk why being p2p would affect how fast u cut) :-k I guess he could be saying that there are places in p2p that have ample number of yews in one place that 65 would be a decent lvl to get you more yews that f2p. I know that f2p has 3 trees max in one area. Im not p2p, but im taking a guess.
