What would be the ideal stats for a low level crater pker?

Well, you need to decide on what you want to be. I would probably go with the following:

 

 

 

30 Attack

 

40 Strength

 

1 Defence

 

15 Magic

 

40 Ranged

 

You can bring your Prayer up if you like. But be careful not to go over 40 Combat!

heh, i would say 40 att, 70 str, 60 mage, 65 range, 1 def 1 pray and wherever hp takes you
