I am trying the contact quest, but failed two times in killing that monster. I tried with melee (dragon scimi, cannot afford whip) and pray for magic. (with super set and sharks)

 

 

 

Is there a bether method with these stats?

 

Attack: 70

 

Strength: 66

 

Def: 63

 

Hit: 68

 

Prayer: 49

 

Magic: 63

 

Range: 65

Don't melee it

 

 

 

Use following set-up:

 

staff

 

monk robes (since they're cheap, give praybonus and are lightweight)

 

water or wind wave

 

 

 

Just concentrate on the boss; only eat when health under 30 or so. (just focus on doing damage before the summons are there)

I used air wave and beat it easily. Bring good food and don't forget to bring antipoison.
