Well since the forums just came back up, i thought i would make a blog with my Slayer goals and stuff. :) I told a good friend of mine, Starfox33 about it and he had a brilliant idea to combine our 2 blogs together. So this is my part of it and Starfox's will be on the second Post. =) My part will be a blog to Slayer and 99 defense. Well i'm not very good at small talk so i'll just get to the actual blog.

 

 

 

[hide=About me]Well i'm a guy of course, there are no girls on the internet. I'm in highschool but i still find time to do things i like. I.e. Runescape. :geek: My favorite band is My Chemical Romance*watches as thousands of people hit the back button*. Their newer stuff is pretty good, but i much prefer the older albums. And my favorite song is the b side, My Way Home is Through You. Also, while playing Runescape, i never listen to the ingame music and open up itunes and listen to my favorite bands. Namely My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday,Rise Against,Dashboard Confessional, and Madina Lake. Oh and i do have a life guys, i do pretty well in school(I really suck in Algebra 2 or math in general) and i have a girlfirend who i've been with for 15 months. :D So if you havn't left this blog by now, read on. ;)[/hide]

 

 

 

[hide=About my Runescape Character]Well i started Purezammy84 maybe two years ago in the summer. I was a nonmember strength pure till level 30 =P. As i got really bored not being able to train at my favorite spots, i got 40 defense the next day.I got members on December 2, 2006. Before i got members i decided to get all melee stats to 70, and i did so at the spiders in the stronghold. When i got members i did all the basic stuff, quests that would help me move around and the like. Then when i got around to training skills i found slayer. I never really started train slayer actively until Slayer level 84. Until then it was honestly just a way to train melee. At level 84, i did the quest for the cannon(I was already 99 Range by then though. So it was useless to me range wise), bought a Dragonfire Shield, and started using Pure Sets on every task. I'm now 85 Slayer and starting this blog.[/hide]

[hide=The way i train Slayer]I train slayer on Lunar for Contact NPC. I train with Pure sets on every task, and a cannon.The cannon is just for scaring away people at kalphites and then i melee. Yeah it's mean and underhanded but meh. I also use it on Daggs of course.I am trying my hardest to keep a slayer task streak without skipping any.I do not use guthans as my Bunyip heals me on every task and i usually need no other healing than him for any tasks. Except for nechs.I'm also training defense to 99 with slayer.[/hide]

[hide=Daily Journal Thing]June 12th- Today i started this blog and so far have done a Kalphite task. Went pretty well, with me scaring away people with my cannon, until a 135 shows up and starts challenging me for the spot. I let my cannon shoot for about 30 minutes and i'm done with my task before he leaves. Persistent guy >.> Then i had my first Abyssal Demon task. =) A lowly 130 though. And no whip. Oh well now i'm doing a 139 Fire Giant task(whats with all these low numbers?)Going to finish that and log off.[/hide]
