Go to ImageShack and create an account (just username and e-mail. Quick confirmation, and they don't spam your inbox). Then browse for your image, upload it, and copy the url of your image (make sure it's the full-sized image, not the thumbnail option) to the relevant field in the UCP. I know it's a bit of a hassle, but at least you still have your avatar. Mine got lost when my computer died. If you need any more help, just post or pm me.
