i need to know what is the best way to get my range up to 70. I have 67 range and i can use pretty much every range spot available i just don't know which one is best for me.

If you don't mind a little boredom, then try Yaks.

Doesn't really matter, because you should switch off to a god coif at 70 anyways.

and one more thing how many bronze kinfes should i get to go to 70?

I really don't know, but it shouldn't really cost much at all. You do have an Ava's... right? If not, caged greaters might be better.
