  1. Really rough estimates (ignoring costs, time to make charms) and just counting the time to get the charms and talon beast charms... (x2 because the 2.7 will degrade down till 1.1) 1015 xp per talon beast, x2 = 2030. 420 xp per pak yak, x2 = 840. 2.4x as much xp. For simplicities sake, let's say you are doing this for 2.4 hours. (You can extend this, it'll be the same. But it makes it easier for me to calc) You spend 1 hour getting Crimsons for Talon beasts, compared to 2.4 hours for the pack yak. This means you must make 100 talon beast charms in that 1.4 hours, or 71 talon beast charms an hour... If I remember correctly, you make less? Although personally I never tested it. I'm pretty sure your goal is unlikely through talon beast charms, because that would also mean you need to over 20k talon beast charms to make full use of the weekend. Basically, what I'm saying is it's unlikely you'll reach your goal, and furthermore this method is probably worse than just leveling normally through non-talon pouches. That is, of course, unelss you could make that many talon charms an hour.
  2. Higher attack, magic based, magic xp, and smaller... it is superior to geyser in most situations, because its small size is more significant than the geyser's ability to range.
  3. If you Waterfiend, that'll pretty much pay for your shards and seconds. Put it on herblore. If you're not, put it on slayer or something slow
  4. The average human reaction time is 1/5th of a second. Average gamer's is a little slower than 1/10th's ish
  5. Don't even bother with willows... go high trees, or no trees. I'm doing Torstols.
  6. Try getting a Slayer staff + DFS
  7. If you make your own unf pots, its 25gp/xp. If you buy unf pots, it's 29-31 gp/xp right now at today's prices.
  8. Combat familiars are always good if don't need the HP (a good amount of tasks) and yes, it is worth getting passed 90. It's not too expensive (especially compared to your other goals) so I would recommend doing that first before your other goals.
  9. Even with it, if your attack is anywhere near decent it shouldn't matter. Only consider these weaknesses once you get to higher leveled monsters.
  10. Good luck beating a Sheik with Ganon... haha... :P Chain = 0 approach method, camp till win.
  11. Yeah, I'm with Sonic... Brawl's fun, and it does (surprisingly) have depth to it despite what most think. I'm playing Tekken 6 a lot semi-competitively, and that's fun...
  12. DFS sucks for Slayer. Go with the R Defender.
  13. Haha my coin count would probably be in millions if there wasn't a limit. :ohnoes:
  14. It's all about mindgames. ;) Was pretty unnecessary... but whatever.
  15. I have no problem with any of those... Combo dodge=sidestep and roll, recover air dodge, and he owns all but the fastest of characters. Even then, I usually get a lucky Smash in there and own 'em. Side stepping and rolling doesn't mean you aren't combo-able, it just means your opponents needs to add one extra step: punish. In reality, it would be much better if you could DI out of a com bo, but Ike has no fast/short lasting aerials, so Ike can't really DI. Thats not DI or even SDI, I'm pretty sure that's called momentum cancelling (i forget) but it doesn't matter for combo ability, it just matters for survivability. Ike's smashes aren't reliable. A 4 year old can shield the Fsmash and the Usmash and Dsmash don't have enough power to compensate their slow speed. In most cases, Ike's Ftilt would be a better killer, or one of his 2 [bleep]es/fair if your opponent is off-stage. (That's another great thing, I'm pretty sure Ike's fair is the fair with the greatest range in the game, if not THE aerial with the greatest range. It hits almost everywhere above, below, and a long way in front of Ike and is pretty fast for its power, imo. I don't think even Meta Knight's aerials can reach as far as Ike's fair, but that doesn't mean Ike's aerials are better.) Yeah, exactly. They really aren't reliable. His Usmash is GREAT though, you can punish most airbourne characters with it.
  16. everyone in my clan and all my friends do say i have a horse up my [wagon]...so that might be why i make so much doing it. 15m cash in 1 week. saved up all the drops, thats not including all the p pots that i made with ranarr drops and all runes =P I agree with your friends.
  17. I have no problem with any of those... Combo dodge=sidestep and roll, recover air dodge, and he owns all but the fastest of characters. Even then, I usually get a lucky Smash in there and own 'em. This is why I said don't ask people if characters are good if you're not playing at high level play. Those techniques are useless/makes no sense. Dodges and rolls are actually a VERY bad move at almost any time. They are panic buttons, and they are punishable. Recover air dodge... not sure what that means, but if you mean air dodge when recovering what if he's recovering low? What if he knows you're going to airdodge and punish you even more harshly? What if he's MK and he just spams dair.
  18. A ratio. MK:the whole cast < Ike:just low tiers (Ike is a low tier and there are low tier only tournies.)
  19. It's a decent monster and a great task, but they're not worth camping for. And no, I'm not saying train slayer. I'm saying theres better monsters to camp like Waterfiends, Green dragons, Armored zombies.
  20. It's horrible money. But you spend hundreds of hours training it. You make a large amount of money in the end, but it's like saying you can make millions off training at chickens and picking up feathers.
  21. Yup. It's useless though, because you have to jump to do it. As you have a upward momentum, jump and immedietely dair with the FF attacks. It has no uses, especially for GaW because he has bucketbreak. Lol at spam. And yeah, Ike is decent (he is past MK level at a low tier tourny) but he's not going up.
  22. Not really trying to start a debate here, but here are some reasons why I think Mr. Game and Watch is, if not the best, is very close to being it: -Just about every single one of his moves are insanely powerful and useful, and he is also a fast character (in both running and attacking). They're laggy. His killers are almost all laggy, he's not fast compared to MK, and especially NOT EVEN COMPARABLE in agility. -ALL of his smashes are the BEST killers in the game, period. Lololol no. Just no. Like I said, they're laggy and punishable and hard to hit with. -His aerials (especially his back aerial) have godly priority. Also, he is also insane priority in general because of his disjointed hitboxes. His bair has insane disjointedness, I agree, but his fair is laggy, uair is only useful for refreshing (somewhat) and dair is good but nowhere near godly. -His down tilt (and also his other tilts) can mess up many approaches. His other tilts plain sucks but his dtilt is good. MK's dtilt is far superior then his, though. And MK's ftilt refreshes 3 times and is unpunishable, and his uair is way better for juggling. -His Oil Panic (Down+B) can counter projectiles, and spill them out for massive damage. That's why people are careful and never let you get that 3rd charge, really. Unless you play a noob, then tiers and such don't matter. -His Fire Parachute (Up+B) is easily one of the best recovery moves. Agreed. Mk's is better though, because he has the best recovery in the game. -Judge (Side+B) has a chance to OHKO no matter what percentage. (9 hammer) Lol so does Ike's fully charged FSmash!!! OMG powerpowered!!! ... o wait. -He has many excellent matchups, and very few characters can actually counter him. Snake/MK iirc. I think Marth was too but I'm not sure. -Also, I'm not sure about this, but he doesn't really have a bad stage. Yeah he does. -His only weakness, his light-weight, is easily negligible with the correct DI. This also comes to his favor, because he is hard to combo, and cannot be chain-grabbed. He can be chaingrabbed either. And it's not DI that makes his weight negligible, everybody has that. It's called bucket breaking, the newest and biggest thing holding him up in the tier list atm. -He is not easily gimped either, despite his light-weight. Are you serious? MK will gimp anybody trying to gimp him. Seriously. -I know this doesn't count in the tier list, but his Final Smash is really good too. Lol. With all those strengths and very few weaknesses, why is Mr. Game and Watch 8th place on the recent tier list? This baffles me. :( He has some weaknesses as well.

  24. Tier lists really only apply to high/top level play ,but Ness and Lucas fall under low (due to chain releases and other bad characteristics...) and IC go high due to their awesome specials and infinites.
