Aight guys. I haven't played RS in about one and a half years, and I kind of want to start again since I will be staying at my aunt's house for a couple weeks with nothing to do. 1. What have I missed? Any big changes? All I heard was that whips were pretty cheap now. 2. Who runs the TIF unofficial clan chat now? I remember it was Forsakenmage, then Lady Heinous, then someone else... But I forgot.

I originally thought it was cutting yews, but apparently I am wrong. What is the fastest non-combat way to make money as an F2P player?

Hey guys. I have almost never woodcutted before. I made a new F2P account which I will be focusing on to make money for my main. I have 60 Woodcutting so far so I am cutting yews, but I can only get like 30-40 logs per hour because there are so many bots at Edgeville and GE in every single world!!! How high should I get my WC before I cut yews to significantly increase my logs per hour? Keep in mind I have to use a rune axe since this account is F2P. Should I train at Willows? I was getting like 30-35k dropping the logs when I trained at Willows.

Okay, somebody seriously needs to tell me where I can get an SS for 3m :P They are like 5.5m in GE!! Why the hell would someone sell it for only 3m? I'd even be happy to buy one for 4m! But anyway, where can I get one for 3m, and what worlds should I look for them? What about for a whip? How much can I buy one of those for?

Well is there anything else I can spend that 6.5m on to help train str? Or should I just buy an SS?

Yes, almost everyplace with rune ore is botted atm. That isn't all. Edge and GE Yew trees have about 30 people per world botting.

Alright. I'm trying to get about 10m atm, so I should buy SS and Berserker Ring instead of BGS right?

Hey guys. I recently started playing RS again, and I am kind of stuck on what to do now. Since I got back, I got 99 cooking and a dragon defender, but that is about it. I have about 5 mil cash. I prefer training strength to 99, but should I increase my attack and defense before that as well? What should I upgrade with the money that I have right now? Also, are there any quest items I should think about getting to help increase my damage or accuracy? A lot of people tell me to buy an SS and to get Barrows Gloves, but I don't know what the gloves are, and I don't know if an SS will be worth it. So yeah, what should I upgrade? Also, I am kind of stuck on what to do now. Should I raise money money and buy a bunch of good armor for ranging/melee and stuff or should I train my combat stats first? A lot of people are telling me to train slayer and get my summoning to 68, or something like that. What do you guys recommend? Thanks in advance for the help!

Sounds like you have malware. I don't think Windows would act like this on it's own. I recommend there steps to friends all the time time and it almost always works for removing malware. Also, try and upgrade to Windows 7, since it is a much better OS. The OEM 64-bit version is only $99.99. 1. Get ride of your current Anti-Virus (I really hope you don't have Norton). 2. Download and install Avast Antivirus (The free version is fine) Just google for this. 3. Download and install Malwarebytes http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html 4. Download and install Super Anti Spyware (Sounds really cheesy but it is a fantastic program) http://download.cnet.com/SuperAntiSpyware-Free-Edition/3000-8022_4-10523889.html (I gave you CNET links because everyone knows CNET is a 100% legit website. I would give official website links but then you might not trust me) 5. Run scan's with Malwarebytes and Super Anti Spyware (Not simultaneously, one at a time) 6. When those remove the malware, open Avast and set-up an Avast Boot Scan. This will scan your PC for viruses before it even boots into Windows. Takes about 1-2 hours to finish since it is very thorough. Those usually get rid of any malware you have.
