Nope, no Sara or Bandos followers.

 

 

 

Use a Barrows helm, not a Neit. You need the defense. Torag/Verac.

any idea on inventory?

Oh I'd say... 1.8x as many brews as restores. And a couple range pots, maybe. It's frustrating when they get drained by brews, though...

 

 

 

Also, bring two 4 dose prayer pots for KC.

Not by much. There's just more cushion for using worse items. I haven't bought a DFS yet, so I use granite for group trips. It's a lot harder to solo without top notch items, though...

I/d go with torag/verac helm, verac skirt, granite shield if you don't have a DFS, and armadyl pendant for while your getting kc. I wear the pendant, then while I am attacking I switch to glory/fury and then switch back after kill.
