How to run the Built in File Manager on Vista

Im trying to fille that no_cache_error on Runescape but i dont know how to find the File Manager on Vista. So i run command would be helpful.

 

 

 

PS: Any other hints on how to fix the error would be great,. i already trying installing java again.

Go to your C:\ directory, and create a folder called "rscache" without the quotes.

Thanks for the help but i still cannot run RS on Signed Java, any suggestions?

I actually didn't even need to create the folder, I just did it for the demonstration.

 

 

 

What browser are you using? If you're using Internet Explorer, try Firefox (Actually do it tomorrow, because that's when they're releasing Firefox 3...)
