O_M_G_Guasto
OK, so it all starts out with E&V PKing Inc. (E&V PKing Inc. meaning Edgeville and Varrock Player Killing Incorporated), and they have your best monetary interests in mind whilst bringing you an enjoyable player killing experience! It starts off with removing the wilderness ditch, and replacing it with a barrier. To pass through this barrier you will have to speak to one of several guards located north of the Monastery, Edgeville, and Varrock. To gain entrance you must pass every inventory/item wielded test they have. Their tests consist of: The weapon you have the the best yet most affordable weapon/shield combination possible (more on this later). The armor items you are wearing are the most affordable yet best possible. The maximum doses of prayer potion you have is 12. The maximum doses of Att/Str/Def or Magic or Range potions is (4). Whatever wacky arrow/rune limit JaGeX put into BH. No rares, noted items, cash piles etc. OK, so how the "most affordable yet best" rule works is, essentially, the best armor piece for the money you can get can be brought into the Wilderness. When you enter the wilderness the guard will ask you to choose your class, you either choose Mage, Melee, or Range. So for Meleers for instance, the most expensive armor set they could have would be: Torag's helm Guthan's platebody Torag's platelegs Barrows gloves Rune berserker shield (no bringing in your 25m shields RWTs  ) Rune boots Amulet of Glory Ring of recoil Skill cape (Fire cape and Cape of legends are worth less so you can still bring those in) And their best possible weapon being Abyssal whip (if you die with anything worth more it will revert into a cash pile equal to a whips minimum price) He will also allow you a secondary weapon but you can only have some weapons as your secondary such as Dragon dagger, Granite maul, D2H etc. And that general rule would apply to all other classes with the exception that rangers can't bring Armadyl and Ranger boots into the wilderness. EDIT: OK, more in detail this time. For example, the Guthan's platebody costs 199.2k last time I checked, and it gives off the best armor bonus. By that standard, you can NOT bring in a torso piece that is worth more than that on the GE. Which works out because there is no piece of armor that gives a better bonus for more money. There would, of course, be exceptions. Such as the 25.3m ish Dragonfire shield, which is simply too expensive to bring into the wilderness. If you go past 5 Wilderness then when you die you will drop nothing but bones and still lose all but your 3 most valuable items (all if skulled), except in certain hot spots (such as the giants and parts of the Dark Castle area). How it stops RWTs: Well, simply put, it doesn't. But they are still doing their trades, making money, and giving an unfair boost to the players who have extra cash to spend in real life. :shame: This just provides a system almost exactly like PKing while only allowing players to bring in the best armor they can for the cheapest they can, preventing huge amounts of gold being transfered at one time. Ultimakomoto
What about Fist of Guthix rewards? Swarm of level 3 RWTs using whips for secondary weapons? Partyhats? The Teleport levers to go into deep wild? Ancients? I need DETAILS, man! I mean more, much more details. Need a new signature....perhaps... Shiny
This is a half decent idea. I like it. It isn't all "*flame flame alfame* *beep* Jagex suck give us the wilderness back" type post. It is well though out and has a few errors. If jagex don't want to do this, then tis up too them. They'd have to work out the kinks and stuff
Will H
So far it's good, but we need more details. How does this armour 'signing in' system work? How does it stop RWTers? ~ W ~
O_M_G_Guasto
I've given some more details guys. Both in the edit and best items you can bring in and the standards you have to meet to enter the wilderness. :)
123Yourgone
Make it so you cant enter it under lvl 50 to stop looters and low lvl bot xfers. Make it only be on 2 worlds so its always packed and insanely risky to rwt in. Make it so NO items protect and you are always skulled, then they cant just go in with a whip and prot it if they are being killed by a non buyer. Make it only run the length of edgevill and only extend to lvl 10 wilderness. Make it so revs do not spawn in it.
Ultimakomoto
Oh, another probelm. How do people get to Fist of Guthix if they can't enter the wild without stuff because "you have to PK", hm? Need a new signature....perhaps...
