June 21, 200818 yr There is one in Shilo Village, a small charge though and you need to have done Shilo Village quest. There is one in Neitznot, it's a one-click bank also. There is also one in Port Phasmatys, and is close to a bank. This is the one I personally use. You need to have done Ghosts Ahoy to access this one.
