i need some advice on agility training. I am lvl 37 agility, working on 42. Where should I go for fast exp? I am currently at the penguin arena

Barbarian Agility course until 40, then brimhaven, or stick to barbarian.

barbarian course till 45 then agility arena. I say 45 cause ull get hit less often, also bring agility pots as darts reduce ure agil lvl.
