i need some help just give me some adivce on where to train..i been at bandits and dags and ape atoll...is there anyway i can make my trainning faster or any other place?

Dharoking Fire Giants in the smokey dungeon is the best you will be able to do. All you have to do is bring a load of prayer potions and kill the fire giants in the smokey well. The smoke will keep you at 1 hp always, so you will be able to hit your max. Bring a few pieces of food. That evil chicken can be dangerous.

how much exp per hour is that?

I heard somewhere between 60-90k
