do you actually need 69 smithing for rocking out or can be quest be completed with stat enchancers like other quests (eg devious minds)?

 

 

 

mature dwarfen ale increases your smithing level my 2 so in theory you might be able to complete the quest a lvl 67 just wondered if anyone had tried it
