Tbh if I were you I wouldnt be so worried about the black mark. I would be worried about the wana-be-mod who reported you for that. In clan chat as well, so they were most likely your friends or in-game palls/clan mates. Personally I think that with friends in a CC little insidents like this and other minor rule breaks I would expect to be over looked.
