Hi I was wonder if you'd have any advice. My account just got banned for billing refund. I got my pin from my brother who currently is in another city. He wouldn't really tell my why he did it and I think it was his idea of a prank. Anyway my main is over 100 combat so this is kind of annoying. I already have a paypal membership query submitted but it takes time as my CC isn't added to paypal.

 

 

 

Do I have a chance of getting my account back? I'd pay for the "negative balance." Thanks

Yes you will get your account back after you pay for the balance but to do that you can only use paybycash. So to check out the payment options, go to subscribe on the runescape website select a few options and you will redirected to the paybycash website.

EDIT: And dont worry about it, Jagex understands that such stuff sometimes happens. You will not receive any blackmarks or ban due to this.

I don't think gold is correct I belive they take any payment weather or not its pay for a negitive balance or membership.

Well I am pretty sure I am correct, because it recently happened to me. You are only allowed to use PayByCash, but that doesnt mean you have to mail the money in, you have a variety options using PayByCash.
