July 1, 200818 yr well i think if you dont wanna lose money then buy raw trout at 31ea cook it then sell at bh fastest xp would be lobbs or swords if ur f2p and like monks if you're members 1100 total achieved 03/02/09 880thousandth to reach it :P1200 total achieved 29/09/11 1.23millionth to reach it :P

If you're P2P I think the quickest route is :Swordies until 80 or so then monks to 94 then sharks to 99. The most cost effective way is trout or salmon. In terms of time, it's hard to say..But a few weeks if you play on a medium/fairly regular basis.
July 1, 200818 yr costs about 9-11m, 99 cooking is easy...get ready to join the rest who have this cape.
