How do you acellerate your graphics card?

I've read some posts about acellerating thier graphic's card and it work for playing on the new graphics. How do I do this?

It's bogus, probably someone got mixed up with overclocking which is increasing the speed of your CPU by increasing the power supply. Doing this can be dangerous and result in parts of your pc melting and/or catching fire. The best thing you can do if the game won't work for you if your graphics card is lacking in power, is buy a new one. This thread has some cheap examples.

Overclocking i suppose. But i wouldn't recommend it if you don't know how to, especially if it's integrated.

 

First off, wheater you have Nvidia or ATI (don't know if Intel has this too), you will see about the same thing: Either click on the ATI/Nvidia icon in the corner, or right-click on your desktop.

 

Change the 3d settings to performance, set AA and AF to off (with them on, it's looks nicer but slower performance).
