IE runtime error with RSHD

When ever I load RSHD after some period of time, it varies, there is an error message saying there has been a runtime error with IE and needs to terminate the program. This has only happened with RSHD loaded and also has happened to me when I load it on Firefox and Safari. Any way to fix it?

Are you using the latest version of Java/Each broswer? Try upgrading them, and that should help.
