I've seen a lot of statements that d scimmy is better for Strength training and whip is better for Attack/Defence training. I pretty much accepted that as true, but never bothered figuring out why.

 

 

 

Before I invest in a whip, what exactly makes one better for training certain skills than the other? Thanks.

It's a much better weapon. It stats beat those of the dragon scimitar.

 

And it can't train pure strenght(only controlled, attack and defense) so it is not good if you want strenth exp only.
