July 7, 200818 yr Dear forumers of tip.it, I want to recover my old account since it has been stolen. I fill in everything i know about my account. Old recovery's, old passes etc. Except member subscription details. It says "fair" in green on the summary. Oke so i submit my appeal and then i get an error. "Unfortunately, there was a problem with your form submission. Please check any fields marked in yellow and correct the error(s)." What am i doing wrong (also the spaces for a new password are resetted and i am definately not giving 2 different new passwords) Well hopefully some smart forumer can help me out : Thank you for reading,
July 7, 200818 yr If it says that it requires that you input your membership supscription details then you have to. If you don't remember what they are just write "n/a" or "unknown" or something like that. When you were redirected back to fill out the form again the space for your new password probably reset for security. Just type it in the same as last time. Couldn't really understand you, I hope this was what you were looking for. Does it really matter whether I was right? #-oThis is Tipit. There is nothing more important than being right. July 7, 200818 yr Ah, this happened to me as I was attempting to recover my account, (which I did). \ I think I just quit the page and came back like half an hour later, worked fine after. Also, might want to give your IP Address and Home Address when you made the account. Good Luck! :thumbup:
