Just wondering, i've searched up on google but no decent results, how do you add a cinematic border in photoshop 7.0?

Thanks to Hawkxs for my signature :)

I just take the rectangular selection tool, select (on a new layer) how large you want the first border to be. Then I fill it with black (or w/e color) and Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V it, and move the other border down to the bottom.

I mean, it's just two rectangles.

If you do what Nadril said first.

Create a black rectange at the top.

Duplicate the layer, and press ctrl+A to select the whole canvas.

Select the Move Tool, and at the top there are some little buttons which move the select layer around the canvas.

Click the third one from the left, that will align it perfectly to the bottom.

Those tools are pretty useful sometimes.
