What is the fastest way to raise mage for F2P? Im at 49 and want high alch really bad.

Just do the highest spell you can on moss giants. At least thats what I did, but trust me, high alching in ftp isn't what its cut out to be.

High alch in f2p isn't too bad.. Just find a seller of Green D'Hide bodies..
